Terms and Conditions

DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA

We post Australia-wide and generally use Australia Post. All items will have a tracking ID and typically take between 2-5 business days once dispatched for delivery. Express post can be arranged, just contact us if you need overnight delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is only available to New Zealand by default. Please contact us at admin@bowsandbuns.com.au for other international shipping options.

FAULTY PRODUCTS

If you believe an item you have purchased from us is faulty please email us at admin@bowsandbuns.com.au

Please note that you must provide proof of purchase and that the item must be deemed faulty by the manufacturer for any further action to be taken. Return postage will be covered by the customer, and in the case the faulty item is deemed so, any postage amounts you have paid will be reimbursed by us on presentation of a receipt.

For any minor faults as deemed by the manufacturer, we will replace or repair the item at our discretion. We will provide a refund in the case of a major fault or if the item is no longer available and not able to be fixed within an appropriate amount of time.

Please note that certain items have a wear time and are not expected to have a long life. Delicate items must be treated as such and will not be replaced due to mishandling.

REFUND POLICY

Bows and Buns does not issue refunds except where applicable under  Australian Consumer Law. That is, we do not provide refunds for change of mind purchases, so please choose carefully.

PARENTAL SUPERVISION

Our hair kits and accessories contain small parts and are not designed for use by children under 3 years of age. Please supervise any small children closely as some components may be a choking hazard.
